Technical dumb charades event is conducted on 9th Nov 2012, under bvb iste student chapter open for all branches and all semesters received a positive feedback with around 40 students attending the event.

The event is of common dumbcharades with technical words given.

The main objective behind conducting this event is to test the technical vocabulary of the participants. This event consists of 3 rounds, first round consists of words belonging to basic physics, chemistry and maths.In this round we checked their knowledge about technical terms and how best they can express their thoughts, and identify words given.

Second round consists of the technical questions based on their department, participants need to identify the answer in word and then express it accordingly. In this we checked their technical knowledge. Third round is general knowledge round, it consists of jumbled inventions and they need to identify it and have to write inventor’s name .Here we checked their general knowledge. In participating this event they have learnt lot technical words and technical knowledge through fun and how to express their view or thoughts only by physical language rather than verbal language to convey the meaning.

The event was completely “For the students and By the students”.

Participants are of 2 per team.

Around 5 volunteers helped to manage the event.

Overall feedback was positive.
